The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Aardvark Motors LLC" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
Aardvark Motors wants to be your online choice. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will strive to make your online ordering experience with us the best possible.
Aardvark Motors offers a secure ordering system based on industry standard encryption SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) which begins before you give us any personal information and remains secure throughout placing your order. Further, your credit card number is encrypted before it is transmitted to our system. This ensures that your online transactions will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected. Aardvark Motors will only ask for information that is important in getting our customers their product. We will not at any time give out, sell or distribute your personal information.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required. Please read the following information before requesting an RGA number: Aardvark Motors will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange UNUSED, re-sellable, original packaged item(s) for another item(s) of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. If the return is due to an error in the part of Aardvark Motors, we will arrange for Return Shipping by issuing a (1 time) call tag. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part is ready for pick up with the RGA# labeled on the package.
All returns must have an RGA# on the package or it will be refused at the time of delivery. If the package is not ready for pick up, it will be the customers responsibility for shipping expenses. An RGA number is required for all returns. Please write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping package or on the packing slip, where it is visible. Please note that any product returned for reasons other than being defective or damaged may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or $15.00 administrative fee (whichever is greater). If an undamaged order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or incorrect shipping information is provided, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location.
Please return all products in “as-new” condition, in the original packaging with all the original warranty cards and installation instructions. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. All returned merchandise will be inspected, and if they are not in “as-new” condition, additional charges will apply.
Carpet and floor mats are custom made items and can only be exchanged if found to be defective. Returns will not be accepted for carpet color unless a factory match color option is chosen(restocking fees may apply). We recommend obtaining carpet samples from us to ensure purchasing the correct color. Colors displayed on your monitor can vary from actuals and are not guaranteed accurate. If an item is deemed defective after our inspection, a replacement will be sent.
Aardvark Motors will not accept returns on products that were damaged as a result of abuse or improper installation. Aardvark Motors is not responsible for items not fitting or working correctly if the customer has given incorrect information or ordered incorrect parts. Sales Tax Policy
All Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax. Residents of other states are responsible for turning in any sales tax required by their state.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International locations, please call for rates.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address to ship to.
We ship most in stock orders within 1-3 business day from the time of order. This means most of our orders will be received by the customer within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Out of stock and special ordered will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Most products are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground services. Products that are too large to ship UPS or FedEx will be shipped by truck freight.
Customer will be contacted for verification and authorization on all truck freight items. Please ensure your contact phone number is correct. All truck freight items require a daytime phone number to schedule deliveries.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations. This will result in some items being received by customer at different times.
Rush Shipments: Rush shipments are available at customer expense. We will ship out next day or second day air any product that UPS/FedEx is able to ship in that manner. Please call for rush shipping quotes.
Product Inspection: all truck freight items must be inspected and signed for at time of delivery. Signing for and accepting a truck freight delivery means that you have inspected the item and found it to be in good condition.
Damaged Truck Freight Products: If your product was damaged during freight shipping, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (937)372-1521. Damaged Product from UPS/FedEx ground: Contact the shipping company within 48 hrs to file a damage claim with them.
Truck Freight shipping specials. Occasionally Aardvark Motors will offer special discounts on shipping. Free/discounted shipping prices do NOT apply to truck frieght items. Call for shipping discounts on truck freight items.
Lost Product: If a product is lost during shipping, we will contact the shipper and have it traced. If the shipper deems the packages to be lost, we will send out a replacement of the same item. Please call our customer service number if you have any questions regarding shipping an order.
Most products have a warranty against manufacturer defects. Any warranties on items sold by Aardvark Motors are those made by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturers shall be the sole judges of all warranties. Please contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
